I have been studying karate since I was 18yrs old. Currently holds a 1st Dan Black Belt in Shotokan Karate.

I am currently member of the Philippines Shotokan National Karate Team

I have competed in events in Ireland, Philippines and Asia and will be back at tournaments and seminars this year
